Leonard Paul

The art of Leonard Paul, born in Halifax, Nova Scotia, has been shown around the world, and is found in many prominent galleries and collections. He has received numerous awards, including a Governor General's Award, and his artistic visionhas been explored by both the National Film Board (Canada) and the CBC. A long-time mentor, teacher, and leader for First Nations youth, Leonard is currently working on a book of legends of his own people, the Mi'kmaq.
