Williams, is the Director and Professor of Food Safety and Microbiology at the Center for Excellence in Post-Harvest Technologies (CEPHT), North Carolina A&T State University, USA. He received his BS and MS in Biological Sciences and Aimal Sciences, respectively from North Carolina A&T State University, NC and Ph.D degree in Food Science and Technology, specializing in microbiology and immunochemistry from Alabama A&M University.
