Leo H. KahaneLeo Kahane is a Professor of Economics at California State University, East Bay.  He earned his B.A. degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and his Ph.D. in Economics from Columbia University.  He has authore numerous book chapters and published articles in economics journals.
