Laurent NeyLaurent Ney (France, 1964) is a civil engineer trained in Belgium and Germany. He set up his own office in Brussels and Luxembourg in 1992 (www.ney.be). In collaboration with Chris Poulissen he designed the integral bridge 'De Oversteek'.
