Laura Brown

Laura Brown is a journalist and author. She is the founder of LB Media, which forges relationships between fashion/media brands and influential figures to benefit global health and culture. With this mission, she also chairs the HIV non-proit (RED)'s Creative Council. In her previous position as Editor in Chief of InStyle, Brown’s inclusive, warm and witty worldview brought the brand unprecedented global attention. Before joining InStyle, Brown was Executive Editor of Harper’s BAZAAR, with prior senior editor roles at Details and W.
Brown earned her B.A in Arts and Communication from Charles Sturt University in New South Wales, Australia. She lives in Manhattan with her husband.
