Laura BelmonteLaura A. Belmonte is the dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences and a professor of history at Virginia Tech. She received her Bachelor of Arts in history and political science from the University of Georgia and her Master of Arts and octorate in history from the University of Virginia.
