Larry G MorganThe author was born in 1944 in a three-room shack in the Nantahala Mountains of North Carolina. In 1956, his family moved to Guilford County near Greensboro, where he attended Colfax Union School and graduated in 1962. Morgan attend High Point Univerity from which he graduated in 1966. He earned his Master of Education, Education Specialist degree, and principal's certificate from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He was awarded a Doctorate from Hill University in Texas.
