Larry Eugene E E MasonCurrent position: Author; Transformational Coach; Sage; Walking The Path of The Divine Will: 'Know Thyself'- Change ur 'story - Change ur Life.'I have a passion for learning, resolving seemingly unresolvable conundrums - Spiritual, Mental, mechanical I retired from the Mechanical side of my career, after 50 years, including years of teaching, I shifted towards an interest in writing; sharing 'how to resolve issues', both personal & perceptual.Being schooled in NLP, Guided Imagery, Clean Language & more, I have developed teachable skills allowing for open minded-skillful troubleshooting of the interpersonal relationships with fellow human beings. How to shift into an Objective Observer: to listen & observe what the client and/or device 'wants' to share with us. Learned stories' conflict with "known" reality. We need to agree to disagree - cause/effect of Choice ... due to our Epigenetic baggage. The most important: "As we look in a mirror - we see when we see others - whether we like what we see or not" The suggestion is: Live in the NOW - take the opportunity to see ourselves as one as We are Entangled in this reality. I have had the opportunity to meet Building Owners, Management & Engineers from different work sites; They bring in diverse cultures, levels of training, schooling, experiences of life, basic beliefs on performing their tasks. We came together with a common goal of providing a safe & comfortable environment for clients - the Tenants, under the guidance of management, I enjoyed working with these people sharing keen insights - ferreting out problems - mechanical, electrical & very often, interpersonal. In all, I endeavored to develop a simpler process to share - teach with those that cross my path on how to support those that depend on us to offer a safe & comfortable environment. During my tenure, I had opportunities as an instructor & mentor to understand learning from students is as important as teaching - roles are interchangeable, in constant flux. In the process, I learned respect for how their mind processes thoughts from a question on "how a steam boiler heats to how an HVAC system cools" and how a significant other can perform both tasks simultaneously as they learn 'the relationship of all things' I am continually amazed how life has changed in complexity yet maintain its basic structure. Socrates understood the principle "The one with the question always has the answer unconsciously stored - now ready to share with another, which is why they ask" - Lesson? Be open with an empty cup; Listen; learn ask them to Teach you the process as they understand it. Everyone has different metaphors and different methods of learning. Then and sharing.
