Stability relied upon immersing herself in nature and the literary works of her favorite authrs. Tapping into a vivid imagination, she wrote many novels as a youngster. Even today, she remains fascinated by our often unconscious connections to the natural world; she particularly loves to explore the qualities we believe distinguish us from the creatures whose planet we share.
