Kunlin YangDr. Kunlin Yang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the National University of Singapore (NUS). He earned his PhD degree in Environmental Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 202 and did his postdoctoral research at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. His expertise is in green environmental technology, wastewater treatment and bioenergy. In the past five years, he actively transformed research results from his group into commercial products and start-ups including GreenAct, GreenDr and GreenCOP. The latter was the finalist for the Temasek Startup Award. He has published 150 SCI papers in top journals such as Green Chemistry and Renewable Energy, and has obtained more than 10 patents.
