He completed Ajax the Aqua Axolotl: An Origin Story, his debut book, at age 12, inspired by his love of animals, storytelling, travel, and faith.Kingston enjoys tennis, history, spending time with family, attending church, and exploring the natural world. He is a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) and the Thales Academy Knights JV Cross Country Team.At age 10, Kingston founded The Rabid Platypus, where he began creating and selling his own arts and crafts before expanding into publishing. He is also the founder of Kids Saving America, a North Carolina nonprofit dedicated to helping children experiencing food and clothing insecurity.Kingston has been recognized for his creativity through two art competitions and an award-winning photography competition.
