Kimberely Fletcher NettletonKimberely Fletcher Nettleton earned an Ed. D in Curriculum and Instruction, with an emphasis on Instructional Design and Technology, from the University of Kentucky. She holds a Masters in elementary education from Georgetown College, and another MA chool Administration. She is currently an Associate Professor at Morehead State University.
