Kim Gower

Dr. Kim Gower is an Assistant Professor of Management and teaches Management, Leadership, Social Justice, and Organiational Behavior at the undergrad and graduate levels. She enjoys instilling a love for learning and service in her students. Recently, Dr. Gower has written a management textbook-Management Today-and edited a Teaching with Technology resource book for educators. Dr. Gower has extensive experience as a management consultant, and in her spare time she backpacks, bikes, and enjoys volunteering Finally, she is guilty of excessively doting on her five rescue kids, Emma, Lilie, Buster (cats), and Teddy and Izzy (puppies she has had since they were one week old).
