Khalid Mohammed Khan

Prof. Dr. Khalid Mohammed Khan is one of Pakistan’s leading scientists, renowned for his pioneering work in medicinal chemistry and drug discovery. He established a state-of-the-art medicinal and synthetic chemistry laboratory at ICCBS, Universityof Karachi, dedicated to the development of novel enzyme inhibitors and bioactive compounds. He has mentored numerous young researchers in drug design and discovery and has significantly contributed to the scientific literature with several new classes of pharmacologically active molecules and innovative pharmacophores.
