Her responsibilities include providing franchise and legal upport to the international division. Before joining Dairy Queen, she was associate general counsel at Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc., for two years and in private practice for more than four years at the Minneapolis law firm of Gray Plant Mooty. There, she specialized in franchise corporate counseling and worked with franchisors in the retail, restaurant, hospitality and service-based industries. Currently, she is a member of the ABA Forum on Franchising and serves on the Steering Committee of the International Franchise and Distribution Division. She also is an active member of the International Franchise Association.
