Hi I am Kenneth Tremblay Retail Manager for almost 40 year and I co-founded Mindfulness in the park in Clermont Florida with Theresa Elridge in 2016. and still we meets on most weeks. Theresa is partly responsible for my first published book and i mentioned in it a number of times. I actively practice Qi gong, meditation and Tibetian singing bowl sound healing. I am a certified crystal reader and practice energy healing. I do like to share my knowledge with anyone interested. I have been practicing energy healing, meditation and crystal healing for around 10 years now. I made and sold intuitive crystal jewelry for a while. One successfully endeavor was what I would call a synchronization that happened unconsciously. I used to write things on and carry around with me cards to remind me and keep me focused on certain tasks or mindsets. I started posting them on my facebook page as self created meme's and sharing them in the pursuit of effecting world peace . Once I had a few dozen cards I thought I could probably sell these in a set . Would anybody buy them would they know what to do with them or how to use them. Thus was born my first book "Unbecoming what isn't you -a reflective journey of self discovery and letting go" and those cards are included at the end of that book .I now have & published book from Mindfulness To Chakras to Effective coaching for leaders.
