Kenneth H ThomasKenneth H. Thomas, Ph.D., todayÕs leading CRA expert, is a finance lecturer at The Wharton School, where he has taught since 1970. He received his Ph.D. in finance from Wharton. Dr. Thomas is an independent Miami-based CRA consultant to hundreds of bnks and thrifts since 1975. He has also given congressional testimony and advised regulators on the new CRA, was the keynote speaker at the first major Consumer Compliance Conference of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFIEC), and is author of the award-winning book Community Reinvestment Performance.
