He is a certified Project Management Professional® from Project Management nstitute, and is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (distinction, specialized in actuary statistics and pension systems), from Life Office Management Association. Ken has over 120 publications including several books. His research interests include: Leadership, multicultural elearning, marketing new product development, knowledge management, ebusiness project management and risk management. He designs and teaches multidisciplinary subjects in business and information technology, in class and online (distance education), at an accredited university.
