Ken BultKen Bult has been writing about the Dutch American experience for several years, including a previous book and scholarly papers both presented and published. He is a graduate of DePaul University in Chicago with a degree in history and has master of rts and master of fine arts degrees from Governors State University in University Park, Illinois.
