KELLYDr. Kelly received his Ph.D. in Engineering Mechanics from Virginia Tech. He was a faculty member in the Department of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame and later in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Uiversity of Akron. His service at Akron included stints as Assistant/Associate Dean of Engineering, Assistant/Associate Provost and Interim Dean of Engineering.
