Katy BryceKaty Bryce is the co-founder of the company Clayworks, where she works with lime and clay on a daily basis. She first discovered this technique when restoring ancient vernacular buildings in Cornwall with the other half of Clayworks, Adam Weisann. They then began to apply the traditional techniques and materials to contemporary ‘eco’ builds, and recognised the potential of using these natural materials to benefit the health and wellbeing of people, buildings and the environment.
