Kathy Kaehler, NBC's Today show fitness expert has also been the personal trainer to Julia Roberts, Michelle Pfeiffer, Drew Barrymore, Cindy Crawford, Alfre Woodard, Samuel L. Jackson, Penelope Ann Miller, and Claire Forlani, among many ohers. Kaehler also writes a monthly column for Self magazine and is the fitness consultant for Sephora.com. She attended Michigan's Hope College, where she earned a B.S. in physical education with an emphasis in exercise science and dance. On top of everything else, Kaehler is a wife and mother of twin boys and a new baby.
