Kate BowersKate Bowers is a Professor of Security and Crime Science at the University College London Department of Security and Crime Science. She has published over eighty papers and book chapters. She serves on a number of journal editorial boards and has a nmber of external appointments such as acting independent expert for the European Commission and expert reviewer for the US Office of the Assistant Attorney General.
