Katar SinghKatar Singh is the former Director of the Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA), Gujarat. With over 50 years of expertise in teaching, research, and consulting in agricultural and rural development, he has authored/co-authored nine books and pulished over 120 articles. He holds a PhD in agricultural economics from the University of Illinois and has conducted postdoctoral research at Oregon State University, Corvallis, USA and Indiana University, Bloomington, USA.
