Karoly NagyKaroly is of Hungarian descent, Hungarian Easter Bread has always been a tradition observed in their country and in his family. It is usually referred to as Kalacs pronounced (Kaw-lahch) which is sweet bread. You can make as a loaf but typically it i a braided loaf with raisins and/or nuts.With a love for baking and working for a period of time as a baker at a local bakery; Karoly, in 1965 created this easy version of Easter bread.
