Karl E. Lonngren

Karl E. Lonngren received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. from the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He has been a Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and Physics and Astronomy atthe University of Iowa since 1965. He is the author or co-author of more than 200 journal articles and 5 technical books. He is a Fellow of the IEEE and the APS and a recipient of the Distinguished Service Citation from the University of Wisconsin.
