Karissa Thacker

Karissa Thacker is the founder and president of Strategic Performance Solutions, a management consulting firm focused on creating innovative solutions in the space of human performance and work satisfaction. As a management psychologist, sh has served as a consultant for over two hundred Fortune 500 companies. She is also an adjunct faculty member of the Lerner School of Business at the University of Delaware.
