His thougt leadership in coaching has taken the form of peer reviewed papers (with the Integral Business Journal and the Philosophy of Coaching Journal), presenting at ICF Global, ICF US, ICF Europe, ICF Australia and APAC conferences. Karim studied at Imperial College, London and obtained his MSc at Kings College, University of London, where he was awarded Distinction and won four prizes for Mathematics, including for being the top student out of all of the Universities of London.
