Kamal Nayan SharmaDr. Kamal Nayan Sharma is working as an Assistant Professor of Chemistry in Amity School of Applied Sciences, Amity University Haryana, Gurugram. He has recently been honored with the prestigious SIRE (SERB International Research Experience) fellowshp by Science and Engineering Research Board (Govt. of India). Presently, he is on deputation as a SERB-SIRE awardee at the University of Waikato in Hamilton, New Zealand for 6 months. During this six-month period, he is engaged in research collaboration with Associate Prof. Dr. Graham C. Saunders. Before joining Amity University Haryana, Dr. Sharma served as an Assistant Professor at Vivekanand Global University in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. He earned his Ph.D. from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and subsequently completed a young scientist research project sponsored by SERB, New Delhi, at MNIT Jaipur as the Principal Investigator. Dr. Sharma's scholarly work is widely recognized, with 31 publications in esteemed international journals of high impact factors, such as Nanoscale, Organometallics, Chemical Communications, Dalton Transaction, Organic & Biomolecular Chemistry, Tetrahedron Letters, etc. has more than 850 citations. Dr. Sharma has also visited University of Cape Town, Cape Town for research work under Department of Science and Technology (Govt. of India) sponsored Indo-South African Research project.
