Justine BarksbyJustine has been a qualified learning disability nurse since 1995. Since then she has worked as a staff nurse in a learning disability service, she has been a manager of an NHS learning disability day service and also worked as a clinical nurse specalist in challenging behaviour. She is now a lecturer for the University of Nottingham, teaching student nurses. She has a qualification in higher education and is a practice teacher.
