His previous books include: Holiday in Tikrit (2005, with Keith Tuma), Praxis Etudes (2009), Finite Love (2010, with Jow Lindsay), Rhyme Against the Internet (201), We Are Real: A History (2012, with Joseph Walton), Superior City Song (2012, with Jo Crot), and Songs for One Occasion (forthcoming from the University of New Orleans Press). He is a co-editor of Edward Dorn's Collected Poems (Carcanet Press) and the editor of the small press Critical Documents. He has a BPh/MA from Miami University (Ohio), an MFA from Brown University, and is in the midst of completing a PhD at the University of Cambridge. Read More Read Less
