Julia Dhar is Boston Consulting Group's People and Organization practice lead and the cofounder of BCG's Behavioral Science Lab. She is also the coauthor of The Decision Maker's Playbook: 12 Mental Tactics for Thinking More Clearly, Naviating Uncertainty and Making Smarter Choices. She holds a master's degree in public policy from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government.
