Jude Padfield is passionate about healthy and effective leadership. He has held leadership roles in the Church, in business, in the charity sector and in local politics, and is motivated to see Christians realising their leadershi potential in all areas of life. Jude currently serves in a Church planting context in Liverpool city centre.
