Joseph LoboJoseph T. Lobo earned his Doctor of Education in Physical Education from Filamer Christian University, Philippines. He currently serves as the Research Coordinator of the College of Sports, Exercise and Recreation and the Head of the University Journal Publications Unit under the Research Management Office at Bulacan State University. He is also the Chairman of the National Association for Physical Education and Sports Science of the Philippines, Inc. (NAPESS-PH). Dr. Lobo has published extensively on the themes of individual interest, student engagement and movement-based education in high-impact Scopus and Web of Science-indexed journals. His research contributions focus on understanding the motivational dynamics that drive participation in physical education, with particular emphasis on the psychological and contextual factors influencing student interest. He has pioneered large-scale studies in the Philippine context and continues to mentor researchers in Physical Education, dance pedagogy and sports science.
