Joseph L ParsleyI came from a family of twelve children. I was born in Kentucky, raised in Illinois. I spent six years in the Army and am a Vietnam veteran. I met my wife in Fort Gordon, Georgia, where I was working as an Army drill Sargent. We have three sons and adaughter. Our youngest son was born with a birth defect and will always be at home with us. We now have five loving grandchildren.
