Joseph Klingler

Joseph Klingler is an attorney in the International Litigation and Arbitration Practice at Foley Hoag, where he represents sovereign States and state-owned entities in public international law and international investment disputes. Joseph hlds a J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School and a Masters degree from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. He has published extensively on international law and has particular expertise in matters of treaty interpretation.
