Jos Swanenberg

Jos Swanenberg is a professor of Diversity in Language and Culture and Academic Director of the Master Culture Studies at the Department of Culture Studies at Tilburg University. He is also affiliated as a senior researcher of Linguistics and Langage Variation at the Meertens Institute of the Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW) in Amsterdam. He is the co-editor and co-author of the books Language policies and the politics of language practices with Massimiliano Spotti and Jan Blommaert (2022), and Chronotopic Identity Work: Sociolinguistic Analyses of Cultural and Linguistic Phenomena in Time and Space with Sjaak Kroon (2020).
