Jones returned to her home state of Texas and set up Packed Party's headquarters in Austin. Over the years, Jones has scaled the brand with current retail partners including Whole Foods, David's Bridal, Neiman Marcus, Paper Source and Walmart. The brand's product assortment is designed in-house and features a variety of vibrant, whimsical lifestyle products that make life a party, including accessories, bags, drinkware, homewares, paper party supplies and more.

Jones has received numerous industry accolades: named one of Forbes 30 Under 30, serving on the Mastercard Women's Business Advisory Council, and named Austin Woman "Woman To Watch".
