Jonathan Miller BartonJonathan Miller Barton served as associate regional director and regional director for seventeen years with Church World Service and eighteen years as general minister for the Virginia Council of Churches. He trained in psychology at Kean University nd received a master of divinity degree from Drew Theological Seminary and a doctor of ministry degree at the Samuel Dewitt Proctor School of Theology, Virginia Union University. He was ordained by the Presbyterian Church USA to the position of hunger action enabler for three presbyteries and has traveled extensively on behalf of the church and its mission, seeing firsthand the power of the Spirit working across the globe.
