Jonathan E. Nuechterlein is a Washington, D.C.-based attorney with broad experience in government and the private sector. He is currently a partner and co-leader of the telecommunications practice as the international law firm of Sidley Austin. e has previously served as General Counsel of the Federal Trade Commission; as Deputy General Counsel of the Federal Communications Commission, and as Assistant to the Solicitor General at the U.S. Department of Justice.
