Jolene PhiloJolene Philo, MEd, is the author of several resource books for the special needs community: A Different Dream for My Child, Different Dream Parenting, The Caregiver's Notebook, and Does My Child Have PTSD? She coauthored Every Child Welcome: A Ministy Handbook for Including Kids with Special Needs with Katie Wetherbee. During her twenty-five-year career as an educator, Jolene collaborated with special education teachers to mainstream children in her elementary classroom.
