John V Quarstein
John V. Quarstein served as the director of the Virginia War Museum until he retired in 2008 after thirty years of service. He is director emeritus of the USS Monitor Center at The Mariners' Museum and Park. He has authored nineteen ooks and has written numerous articles, exhibits, essays, and documentaries.
