John Todd FerrierJohn Todd Ferrier was born in Greenock, Scotland in 1855. He became ordained and was for many years the pastor of the Congregational church in Macclesfield, England. In response to an inner urge and a deep feeling of compassion towards the creatures e left the Church in 1903.
