He has been a management consultant since 1984 and has worked with various companies, giving seminars for training managers and salespeople. John has conducted seminars in churches to help church counselors help others. John has also trained other therapists in the use of the temperament model in counseling. John has been interviewed on the radio and featured numerous times on COPE, a national cable TV talk show.
