John N Rose

J.N. Rose is a poet whose work delves deeply into the raw and often unspoken experiences of mental health, trauma, and personal transformation. Her debut collection, So Heavy, I Fell: A Journey Through Wanderland, is a candid explration of her own journey through bipolar disorder, toxic relationships, and the process of reclaiming self-worth.

Rose's poetry is known for its vivid imagery, emotional honesty, and the way it balances vulnerability with strength. J.N. Rose is also in the process of founding The Black Rose Poet Society, a

supportive and empowering community for poets who are committed to sharing their stories through narrative and testimonial poetry. Currently in its formative stages, the society will focus on themes of mental health, trauma, healing, and personal growth, encouraging poets in the process of publishing, and offer opportunities to collaborate, and uplift one another's voices.
