John Manning JOHN MANNING was born in England, but came to Canada as a boy and was educated in Ontario. He completed the honours course in English and History at Queen's University in 1943, and took his M.A. in 1944. From the University of Toronto, he received a .Paed, with honours, and a D.Paed. in 1953.
