John GoeringJohn Goering, Ph.D is a Professor at the School of Public Affairs at Baruch College of the City University of New York. He has authored and co-authored several articles and books, including Mortgage Lending, Racial Discrimination and Federal Plicy and Wars on Terrorism and Iraq: Human Rights, Unilateralism, and U.S. Foreign Policy.
