John Fluke
Dr. Fluke is Professor with Tenure at the Kempe Center with joint appointments in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Colorado School Of Medicine and the Department of Epidemiology at the Colorado School of Public Health. His researc involves assessing and analyzing decision making in human services delivery systems. Recognized for his work in the areas of administrative data analysis, assessment, workload, and outcome measurement, he also works in the area Child Maltreatment epidemiology including work on data programs in several countries and the U.S. As a researcher in child welfare and children’s mental health, he concentrates on the application of data and research to guide policy and practice. Privileged to work with collaborators and mentees around the world, he has conducted research and evaluation at all levels of government, in the non-governmental sector, and with foundations, in the U.S. and internationally and published widely.
