John D. CrowleyJOHN D. CROWLEY is Director of Learning Resources and Technology at Joel Barlow High School in Redding, Connecticut. He played a key role in developing the strategic planning process for his school and in 1991 was named Connecticut State Library Medi Specialist of the Year by the Connecticut Educational Media Association. Over the last five years he has given workshops on strategic planning and the library media specialist at library association conferences around the country.
