John Corrie

John Corrie writes pictures and draws words. Or draws words and writes pictures. It blurs sometimes. His love of stories never does.

A father of two, John creates characters and stories that mirror how children see the world – joyful, curios, refreshingly honest, a little wild at the edges, and unexpectedly profound.

John lives in Germany with his family, their cat, and a persistent state of exhaustion. When he's not immersed in writing or coming up with new ideas, you'll find him perfecting his dad jokes or scribbling bears on anything that doesn't move-and occasionally, on things that do.

Yeah, Bear! is his first picture book.
